Imitators of the Lord
The Great Commandment is arguably the basis for the formation of Christianity. Jesus uses the Old Testament texts and gives them a new and fuller meaning. He views the Law as a unified set of rules. From the love of God, the first part of the Great Commandment, the second part originates and is supported.
